There are a lot of household items that are difficult to recycle if you discover that they have become broken or unusable. One of these is a bundt pan, which you really only need one of, and if yours is not usable anymore, you might feel bad just throwing it away. On the other hand, if you can’t use it, then you might not want to keep it around the house pointlessly. Some clever TikTokers have found a solution for just this problem.
Their creative solution has been popping up all over the social media platform, and we have to say that we are quite impressed. These TikTok users have been turning old bundt pans into lovely fall decor without a whole lot of effort.
There are a few different things you can do, and @herfragrantoffering showed two different ideas to try out. The first involved turning the pan upside down and filling it up with tissue paper, fake leaves, and a stem to make it look like a pumpkin.
The second idea involved flipping it over and filling it with tissue paper, fall themed fake grass, pumpkins, and acorns. This doesn’t even involve using glue at all! This way, you can easily customize it and change it up depending on where you want to use it as a decorative item.
Another user, @unicorncraftdesigns, used a red Bundt pan and added floral foam blocks to it using hot glue. She then painted a jar lid orange and brown to make it look rusty, and then glued that into the center of the pan. Finally, she glued on fake flowers from the Dollar Store all around the pan. The placed an LED candle right in the middle, and with minimal effort, she created a lovely centerpiece.
A third user, @homesweetfarmhousenc created a fall “bundtkin” that she made by spray painting the pan orange and then added wooden candlesticks to the center of the pan, creating the stem of the pumpkin. After super gluing the stem, she right a fall-themed ribbon around it. She also created more items like a second Bundtkin and a red apple.
You can follow one of these users’ designs with your own old Bundt pan or you can come up with your own creative solution, taking inspiration from these seriously creative TikTokers.
